Cops have released CCTV of images of masked men in a bid to speak to them in connection with a robbery.

The robbery took place within the Co-op, Argyll Street, Alexandria on Monday, January 4.

The first man is described as wearing a black balaclava, black hooded top, light blue ripped denims and white trainers. He had a dark coloured rucksack in his possession.

The second man is described as wearing a black balaclava, dark hooded top or jacket, black Adidas tracksuit bottoms and black trainers.

Detective Sergeant Stuart Grainger, the officer in charge of this investigation, said: “I believe that someone may have seen these men immediately before or after the incident and may have thought nothing of it at the time but any information we receive could be crucial.
