Caroline was attacked and her body was found on the banks of the River Leven in West Dunbartonshire on August 25 1996.
Videos of the popular teenager dancing and CCTV footage on the night she was killed will also be shown.
A timeline of the events leading up to her death will be broadcast to viewers watching.
That timeline will include her heading to meet her boyfriend in Renton at 11.45pm, having spent the evening with friends, and the shortcut she took from shops along Dillichip Loan towards The Towpath and the Black Bridge.

The ‘Donal MacIntyre: Unsolved’ TV programme also previously shone a light on the case.
The investigative journalist said on the show there is “a code of silence in the community which is preventing the truth from being told”.
Detective Superintendent Jim Kerr said: "I am pleased we managed to secure it. We did the ITV unresolved programme back in the day in 2005. That was the ninth anniversary. We got some information at that time but not enough."
Crimewatch will air on Monday, September 5 at 9pm
