A ROAD has been closed off in Robroyston after police responded to a firearms incident today.
It is understood officers from Police Scotland's armed response unit swooped in on Robroyston Road.
Motorists reported driving at the roundabout on Robroyston Road and seeing several police officers.
Forensics are at the scene gathering evidence.
One resident said several of the cops were wearing balacalvas.

Police Scotland have told the Evening Times they will make a statement in due course.
