MISSING Coatbridge man Sean McKenna has been confirmed dead following the formal identification of his body.
The 24-year-old had been missing since Monday, October 10, but last night dad James took to social media to break news of his passing.

Now police have said following the formal identification of his body they can confirm his death, which is not being treated as suspicious.
Chief Inspector Gavin Russell, Area Commander for Coatbridge, said the news had been felt widely across the area.
He added: "I would like to thank the public and the media for all their assistance in sharing our appeals to trace Sean McKenna.
"His disappearance has had a massive impact within the local community, who have really pulled together since he was first reported missing.
“My thoughts, the thoughts of the officers who have been dedicated to the enquiry and the thoughts of the community are with his family and friends at this tragic time."
A post portem is due to take place.

Members of the public have responded by launching an appeal for funds for Sean's family.
