Grammy-winning singer Sheena Easton will make her West End debut in a new production of classic backstage musical 42nd Street.
The Glasgow star will play Dorothy Brock in the show, which is a tribute to the world of musical theatre and is returning to the West End after more than 30 years.
Emmerdale actor Tom Lister will play Julian Marsh, while theatre star Clare Halse will play Peggy Sawyer.
The show - which features classic songs We're In The Money, Keep Young And Beautiful, I Only Have Eyes For You and Lullaby Of Broadway - will return to the theatre of its original UK run in 2017.
The new production will preview at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, from March 20 2017, ahead of press night on April 4.
Its first UK run was at the same theatre from 1984 to 1989, starring a then-unknown Catherine Zeta-Jones.
There have been various regional and touring productions since.
It will follow Charlie And The Chocolate Factory, which has previously announced it would be ending next year, at the venue.
The Tony Award-winning musical follows young Peggy Sawyer's arrival in New York from small-town America as she joins the chorus line of Broadway's newest show and tries to get a big break.
The new production will feature a cast of more than 50 high-kicking performers and will be directed by the show's author Mark Bramble.
The production will run until October 14 2017.
