Former Countdown star Carol Vorderman, Olympian Sam Quek and ex-Strictly Come Dancing professional Ola Jordan are among the stars rumoured to be heading Down Under for I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

Former England defender Wayne Bridge, radio presenter Danny Baker, Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffatt and actors Larry Lamb and Adam Thomas are also tipped to be moving into the jungle camp when the series returns next Sunday.

The line-up has yet to be officially announced but The Sun has reported that the stars have signed up.

Other celebrities said to be taking part include Homes Under The Hammer host Martin Roberts, presenter and model Lisa Snowdon, comedian Joel Dommett and Diversity dancer Jordan Banjo.

Nigel Farage had also been linked to the show, but recently insisted he is not about to appear in the next series.

Some of the stars – including Lisa and hockey player Sam – have apparently been spotted in Australia, fuelling rumours that they have headed there for the ITV programme.

However, an ITV spokesman has said any names are just “pure speculation” until the line-up is officially unveiled.

The show, hosted by Ant and Dec, sees the campers living in a jungle camp in basic conditions.

They have to compete in various stomach-churning challenges and Bushtucker Trials to win food and treats.

Any major changes to the upcoming series are being kept under wraps, although it has been announced that the ITV2 spin-off show is being renamed and will have new presenters and a new format.

I’m A Celebrity: Extra Camp will follow the main ITV programme and will be hosted by former winners Joe Swash, Stacey Solomon and Vicky Pattison as well as comedian Chris Ramsey.

The new show will replace I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here Now, which was hosted by Joe, Laura Whitmore and David Morgan.

It will feature unseen clips, interviews and Bushtucker trials.

The hosts will also compete in live studio games and will be joined in Australia by celebrity guests, including Ant and Dec, as well as other stars weighing in on the show from the UK.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! returns on Sunday November 13.
