The radio personality took to social media to admit she felt like a criminal following the constabulary's call to upbraid her terminology.
Can't believe the police called the show to pull me up on calling the "over taking lane"...the "fast lane". I feel like a criminal!

UK rules stipulate you should only overtake when the road is sufficiently clear ahead, road users are not attempting to overtake you and that there is a suitable gap in front of the road user you mean to overtake.

The right-most lane on UK motorways is intended for overtaking only, not for sitting in - or going fast. A fact we suspect Cassi won't forget anytime soon.
