A MAN has been fined after kicking off outside a popular restaurant on one of Scotland’s busiest streets.
Craig Brian Stirling, 29, appeared in the dock at Glasgow Sheriff Court to be sentenced after he plead guilty to a breach of the peace and drugs possession.
Stirling, of Colston Road, Bishopbriggs, committed the offence outside McDonald’s on Sauchiehall Street on January 26 this year.
He accepted that he adopted an aggressive and abusive demeanour and shouted.

His charged also stated that he refused to stop his behaviour and committed a breach of the peace.
In addition, he was found with 0.7grams of cocaine in his possession.
He was fined £200 for the breach of the peace and £400 for the drugs possession.
Stirling will pay a total fine of £600.
