RANGERS have completed the loan signing of Bournemouth midfielder Emerson Hyndman until the end of the season.

The USA international has joined the Ibrox club on a six-month deal after struggling to break into the Cherries first team this season under boss Eddie Howe.

The 20-year-old joined the Premier League club from Fulham in the summer on a four-year deal but has made only three appearances for Bournemouth in the EFL Cup and FA Cup during the current campaign.

Hyndman has three senior caps for the USA to his name, having made his debut under Jurgen Klinsmann in 2014.

His latest outing for Bournemouth came in Saturday's 3-0 FA Cup defeat to Millwall and the midfielder can now join up with the Gers squad ahead of their friendly against Bundesliga high-flyers RB Leipzig on Sunday.
