A MAN has been tagged after he committed a breach of the peace as police officers took him back to hospital because he had been reported as a missing person.
Martin McGinley, 50, was in the dock for sentencing at Glasgow Sheriff Court after he admitted that he conducted himself in a disorderly manner.
McGinley accepted that he shouted, swore, kicked doors and committed the breach of the peace.
McGinley, of Heather Avenue, Alexandria, Dumbarton, defence agent told the court that his client had abstained from alcohol since he was discharged from hospital following the incident which occurred on May 16, 2015 at the now defunct Western Infirmary, Glasgow.
He was placed under supervision for 12 months by sentencing Sheriff Kelly.
He was placed on a restriction of liberty order for a period of four months.
