POLICE have launched a probe after a car was found on fire in Glasgow's South Side.
Two appliances from Polmadie Fire Station rushed to Nithsdale Street to put out the fire within the Vauxhall Corsa.
The blaze happened at around 4.08am on Tuesday, January 17.
No-one was injured but Police Scotland confirmed that they have launched a wilful fire-raising probe.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "Enquiries are ongoing."
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed their attendance.
A spokesman said: “We were alerted to reports of a single vehicle road traffic collision outside a commercial premise on Nithsdale Street, Glasgow at 4:08am on Tuesday, January 17.
“Two appliances from Polmadie fire station attended and upon arrival discovered the vehicle on fire.
“They quickly brought the incident under control before departing the scene at 4:41am after using specialist thermal imaging cameras to ensure the area was safe.”
