Motorists face travel chaos this morning as two lanes of the M8 were closed due to an accident.
Drivers are faced with long tail backs as two lanes near Junction 24 and Junction 25 at Helen's Street were closed during the morning rush hour.

Commuters faced diversions while the lanes remained closed.
They have since re-opened however, lengthy tailbacks are expected to continue.
