Man hospitalised after being hit by car in Glasgow south side
A MAN was left with face and leg injuries after being hit by a car on a busy road.
The incident happened on Pollokshaws Road in Glasgow's south side on Satuday at 7.15pm.
Following the accident, the road was closed between Allison Street and Torrisdale Street for two hours while collision investigators to worked at the scene.
His condition is not thought to be life-threatening.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "The man was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital with a facial injury and a leg injury."
