They were one of the biggest and most-loved bands of the 80s, but Wet Wet Wet’s Marti Pellow’s has confessed to recording some of their greatest hits - while totally naked in the studio.
The singer, 51, originally from Clydebank, held up his hands to the bizarre ritual in an interview on Radio 4’s Saturday Live.
When quizzed on the rumors, Pellow told presenter Aasmah Mir: “Whatever it takes, I’m game on.
“It could’ve been a very hot session that one. People listening to this interview, may I suggest we take off our tops?”
The Scot - whose real name is Mark McLachlan - was on the show to talk about his new solo album, Mysterious, which is released next month.
