The BBC is getting ready to make another splash.

The network announced that naturalist Sir David Attenborough will return as the narrator for Blue Planet II, a sequel to the 2001 award-winning documentary The Blue Planet about the history of the oceans.

Set to air in seven episodes, the series’ footage spans over four years and explores every continent and ocean on our planet including clips of never-before-filmed creatures.

Blue Planet II will be broadcast on BBC One in the U.K. later this year.
