Kings of Leon will make a triumphant return to Glasgow’s SSE Hydro on Monday.
Famous for hits including Someone Like You and Molly’s Chamber, the multi-platinum selling four piece will perform a selection of new tracks alongside some old favourites during their set.
The show is in support for the band’s seventh studio album, WALLS, which was released in October 2016.

2 Royal Scottish National Orchestra: John Williams and Friends

The magical music of John Williams will be brought to life by the RSNO on Saturday.
A selection of music written by Williams for films including ET: The Extra Terrestrial, Jaws, Star Wars and Indiana Jones Will be expertly performed by the orchestra during the evening.
The show will be conducted by movie maestro Richard Kaufman.

3 Model Rail Scotland
SECC, Glasgow, February 24-26
If you love model railways then this is the event for you.
One of the largest train events in the UK, the annual gathering features displays from model railway clubs, enthusiasts and private collectors across the country.
There will also be demonstrations and stalls from groups including Hornby, Wizard Models and Footplate.

4 Glasgow’s Affordable Vintage Fair

Lovers of vintage fashion will be able to grab a bargain in Glasgow on Saturday.
Over 40 traders will take part in the fair, offering a variety of vintage, handmade, retro and reworked gifts and goods.
Cakes and savoury snacks will also be provided by the Travelling Tea Room.

5 Grant Stott’s Tales from Behind the Mic

Grant Stott will bring his hit Edinburgh Fringe show to Glasgow on Sunday.
The Scots presenter will talk about his career on radio, television and pantomime and share some of his most bizarre, awkward and strange stories during the evening.
The show is the follow-up to Grant’s Fringe First winning show Kiss Me Honey, Honey! and the critically acclaimed Willie and Sebastian.
