HOLLYWOOD stars are set to start filming for the newest Marvel blockbuster next week - in Cumbernauld.
A-listers such as Robert Downey Jr, Samuel L Jackson and Scarlett Johansson will be using the same studio which is used to shoot TV show Outlander.
A source told the Sunday Mail: "The Outlander cast had their end-of-season wrap party last week so the Avengers are now booked in.
"They'll be arriving in the next week or so.

"The Warpark Studios will be used for all the CGI and green screen stuff and the cast and crew will be spending a lot of time in Cumbernauld."
Last month it was revealed that Disney and Marvel were to make the third instalment of the blockbuster series in locations across Scotland.
The comic book crossover film will show superheroes such as Captain America, Thor, Iron Man and the Incredible Hulk battling on screen.
Infinity War is the first of two new Avengers blockbusters in the pipeline.
