A MAN was tagged at Glasgow Sheriff Court after he assaulted two police officers on separate occasions.
John Bonnar had a restriction of liberty order imposed upon him after he plead guilty to the incidents.
The 22-year-old admitted that on December 5 2015 at an address on Caledonia Road he assaulted a female police officer by pulling her to the ground.
He also admitted that on September 4 2016 at Hill Street he assaulted a male police officer by pushing him on the body, causing him to the fall to the ground to his injury.
The sentencing sheriff said that this sentence was a direct alternative to custody.
The court heard that the restriction of liberty order may help him complete his community payback order.
He has been put on a tag for five months.
