The festival, called May West, promises to offer the best of the city’s food and drinks culture, along with live music from the likes of English rock band The Stranglers, and musical duo Public Service Broadcasting.
The full line-up is expected to be announced tomorrow.
Comedy and theatre gigs will also be made available for festival-goers.
May West will take place on the Green during May Bank Holiday weekend, on May 27 and 28.
More details have yet to be announced, but those interested in being kept up-to-date should sign up to the mailing list at www.may-west.com.
