A BANNED driver was caught by cops driving his car outside Glasgow Sheriff Court after he had been handed a disqualification sentence.
Bhupinder Singh, 37, appeared from custody at Glasgow Sheriff Court after pleading guilty to two driving offences.
Singh, of Regent Moray Street, Glasgow, plead guilty to driving the car while disqualified on Norfolk Street on February 21. He also plead guilty to a second charge of driving without insurance which would have come into force because he was a banned driver.
The court heard from Singh’s defence agent that he was arrested after driving the car following a court appearance. The court heard that Singh drove the car with a view of selling it on.
Singh was banned for three years and ordered to complete 120 hours of unpaid work.
