It’s actually considered an international holiday now but, here in the UK, it looks like we’ll have to wait for that. Still, nothing’s stopping us from celebrating National Puppy Day.
Dog-owners and mutt-lovers alike have taken to social media to mark the annual celebration of the unconditional love puppies bring to our lives everyday.
Now in its eleventh year, the day also aims to help orphaned puppies across the globe, and educate the public about the devastations of puppy mills.
Unsurprisingly, #NationalPuppyDay has, once again, been trending on Twitter and other sites pretty much all day.
