“A fault with the signalling system between Partick and Exhibition Centre is causing disruption to journeys.
“This is expected to continue until 14:15.
“Trains may be delayed, cancelled or revised.”
However, it seems the situation is currently ongoing as customers take to social media to express their anger at being faced with massive delays as trains all but come to a standstill.
Been stuck on @ScotRail train for over half an hour, no ticket inspector. I hope no payment for this severely delayed journey is expected

Another added: “@ScotRail get your s**t in order. Took half an hour to get one stop further down the line and now I'm late for work.”
