A TAXI driver has been hospitalised after being seriously injured in an ‘early morning attack’ in Glasgow.
Police have arrested an 18-year-old man after the alleged assault on Paisley Road West.
The alleged attack happened on Sunday, March 26 at 7.20am outside the Pacific Cars Taxi office.
It is claimed that the 18-year-old attacked the 49-year-old driver, who is currently being treated at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
He is said to be in a stable condition.
A 51-year-old was also injured in the incident, however only suffered minor wounds and did not require treatment.
The 18-year-old has been arrested and detained by police.
