A MAN denied pain medication launched a torrent of abuse at chemist staff in Boots.
Romano Coppola asked for codeine in the Victoria Road branch of Boots, despite previously being barred.
On refusal, the 52-year-old unleashed a string of sexualised insults towards a female member of staff while also insulting her weight.
Coppola’s lawyer described his client’s conduct as “disgraceful behaviour” but said he had mental health issues.
Sheriff Kelly said Coppola, of Torrisdale Street, was “no stranger to prison” and should try to avoid going back there “at your age”.
Coppola was fined £250.
