A MAN threatened to follow a policeman home and batter him after he was detailed by officers.
Glasgow Sheriff Court heard how Mark Gibson issued threats and swore, causing fear and alarm to Constable Fraser Reid on November 3 2015.
Gibson, 40, was detained by officers and, on the way to a police station, said:”Fraser Reid, I like your private number plate and I see you’re still staying at [address].
“You’ll be f**king scared when I follow you home one night. You and your proactive pals are getting done in.”
Gibson, of Shapinsay Street,was warned he could have been jailed but was fined £675.
