We’re all guilty of it at some point: having a manky-looking dinner when we’re either a) skint or b) just can’t be bothered getting anything decent in.

But Glaswegians, you all have been warned as an Instagram page is watching you at teatime - and naming and shaming folk for having some pretty unpalatable-looking meals.

Dinner Polis, which has been exposing the public for “shocking dinner crimes” for almost two years now, is continuing to out and sentence social media users who dare to take pictures of their ‘food’ and post them online.

The crimes, which are almost too awful to put into words, include a lot of beans, sausages, and some other weird-looking stuff we can’t even name - because we don’t know what it is.

These are some meals which have had us either hitting the boke or having a chuckle.

Also, if you feel brave enough to come forward abd confess your own culinary crimes, feel free to do so in the comments section below, or by submitting to us your own images.

Note: you do so at your own risk. Remember, the Dinner Polis is always watching…
