Everyone loves a bit of Ed Sheeran and anyone who says they don’t is at it.

But it seems no one loves him more than little Louie Smart from Stepps.

The 15-week-old’s mum Jamie-Lee has taken to Facebook to post an adorable video of her son completely fixated with the singer’s smash-hit single ‘Shape of You’ as it plays on her phone.

Having failed to get tickets to see her idol at the Hydro this weekend, Jamie-Lee wrote: “As some of you will know, I was distraught at the fact I did not manage to get tickets to see Ed Sheeran in Glasgow this weekend, after trying for two days.

“Louie is clearly as big a fan as Mummy. At 15-weeks-old, he scrolled through many videos on his daddy’s phone to find Ed Sheeran’s ‘Shape of You’ video, turned it to landscape. and tuned right in. He was even drooling with excitement!

“I’m taking to Facebook in the hope this post goes viral and maybe somewhere - hundreds of miles away - Ed Sheeran sees this, feels sorry for me, and invites me personally.

“Always hopeful ehh??”

You’ve got to love a trier.

So, Ed, if you’re reading this: give a Weegie a break and make Jamie-Lee’s year.

The singer, 26, sent Scots fans wild in January when it was announced he would be making a triumphant return to the SSE Hydro on April 16 and 17 after a year-long break from music.

However, trouble quickly followed when tickets sold out in minutes, only to appear at massively inflated prices on other sites.

On Tuesday, the star’s booking agent revealed how a jaw-dropping five million people applied for tickets for the singer’s 2017 UK arena tour.
