A former public school building in Glasgow’s West End has been converted into a set of stunning apartments and penthouses as properties continue to receive plush renovations across the city.

Built in 1902, the former Broomhill School is now The Atrium, an imposing three-storey building featuring expressive Roman-Renaissance-style architecture.

An exclusive development of 29 one and two-bedroom apartments, plus four extraordinary penthouses - half of which have now been sold off plan - the iconic building has been carefully restored to create elegant homes with the all the latest fixtures and finishes.

Jennifer Goldie, Savills residential development sales manager in Glasgow, said: “We’ve had great success with 70 per cent of the apartments now sold.
