Police cordoned off a street in Drumchapel after a disturbance was reported.
Officers were called out yesterday afternoon to Kinfauns Drive at the junction of Achamore Road where a number of items were recovered.
An eyewitness said the items left at the scene included a mobile phone and a set of keys.

The eyewitness also said blood could be seen on a bin.
Police have since launched an investigation in to the incident to establish what happened.
A spokesman for the force said: "At around 4.45pm on Monay, April 17, police responded to a report of a disturbance on Kinfauns Drive.
"Enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident.
"Anyone with information should contact police on 101."
Police were called out to the same area earlier yesterday afternoon following  reports of a group of men causing a disturbance.
However, by the time officers arrived there was no sign of the group.
The eyewitness who came across the police cordon last night around 7pm said: "Yet another serious incident in Drumchapel - Kinfauns drive junction with Achamore road."
The eyewitness went on to say that a weapon could be seen on the crime scene.
However, a spokesman for Police Scotland said there was nothing to suggest this information.
