Lisa Riley has firmly put her overweight days behind her and admits she now can't stop looking at her naked body.
The former Emmerdale star shed an amazing 11st in weight to reach her goal of being a size 12.
The 40-year-old says after undergoing an operation to remove a stone of loose skin that she couldn't stop 'stroking herself' after seeing her new body for the first time.
She told the Daily Mirror: "I can’t even begin to tell you how I felt the first time I looked in the mirror naked post-surgery.
"It was three weeks after the operation and I just couldn’t believe it was me. It was complete disbelief. I had a flat stomach for the first time ever."

The actress, who played Mandy Dingle in the ITV soap, stuck to a 400 calorie a day diet to achieve her target weight.

And now she says she is determined to live a healthy lifestyle.
She said: "I don't drink alcohol any more – the girl who could down a few bottles of wine is dead and buried to me now."
