An Elvis impersonator has said he’s yet to receive “a single cent” of the almost £200,000 compensation he is owed by former Celtic striker Anthony Stokes.

Stokes, 28, avoided jail and was ordered to pay Anthony Bradley €230,000 in February for headbutting him in a nightclub.

However, in a new interview with the Irish Daily Star, where the paper asked him if he believes justice was served, Bradley said: “What makes you think I got justice? I haven’t received a single cent.

“Many are of the same opinion and those on social media are convinced I walked out of court with a big amount. Most of that was debts which I incurred.”

“So much for victims and people’s bad judgement,” he added.

Bradley, a former car park attendant, 53, was attacked by Stokes in the VIP section of what was then Buck Whaleys nightclub on Leeson Street in Dublin on June 8, 2013.

The ‘All Shook Up’ crooner ended up with a broken nose and two broken front teeth.

Stokes was ordered to pay out €150,000 in general damages, €50,000 in aggravated damages, and another €32,000 for medical expenses, his solicitor confirmed.

The footballer - who has six Scottish league title medals with Celtic and nine Republic of Ireland caps - was also hit with a two-year suspended sentence in February after admitting the assault.
