RESIDENTS living near to the new Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice are getting the chance to see the latest building developments.
People living in Clarkston are being invited to an informal evening at Clarkston Hall on June 6 to hear updates on the build and the expansion of hospice services.
Chief executive Rhona Baillie, community nurse team leader Anna Grady and clinical nurse specialist Jane Miller will have the latest information on the building project and the enhanced facilities, including welcoming young patients from the age of 16, when doors open in spring 2018.
She said: “We want to make sure everyone in the local community is kept up to date with the latest news from the hospice,” said Rhona.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for local people to meet staff, find out exactly what the new hospice will look like and what it can do for them and their families.”
The meeting will take place between 7pm and 8pm.
