The Tories are offering a “cold and mean spirited” vision for the UK according to the Liberal Democrats.
Scottish party leader Willie Rennie accused the Tories of carrying on with a Ukip agenda after the vote to leave the European Union.
Mr Rennie, said: “The Conservative pursuit of a damaging hard Brexit threatens our businesses and universities by starving them if the staff and workers they need.
“Nigel Farage has said that the Conservatives are adopting his old policies. The Scottish Conservatives have done nothing to stop this cold and mean-spirited vision for Britain.”
He said the Tory manifesto was right wing and contained damaging cuts, affecting young and old.
He added: “Their cuts to pensions, social care and free school meals shows that the Conservative Party is mean spirited and cold hearted.
“It is lurching to the right to capture votes from UKIP.
