A MAN is in hospital following an incident in a Govan flat.
Police were called to the tenement at 12.35am on Friday morning after reports of a disturbance.
A 35-year-old man was found injured and was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where his condition is described as serious.
Officers are still at the scene and have cordoned off an area around shops and flats between Harmony Row and Shaw Street.
Forensic officers were seen examining the scene.
Govan Road was closed for a time overnight but has since reopened.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "Officers are still at the scene and enquiries are continuing."
