Police want to reunite antiques style box found in Glasgow river with its owner
POLICE want to reunite an antique style box found in a Glasgow river with its owner.
Officers in East Dunbartonshire say the box was discovered in the Forth and Clyde Canal at Lambhill and Maryhill on May 23.
Police say the box had the information, 'Margaret Martin 1873'.
They shared images of the box and its contents on the social media website Twitter and urged anyone to get in touch who may have information or know who it belongs to.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "Help us reunite with the owner."
