The SNP have pledged to fight to end austerity and invest in public services.
The party launched its manifesto today with reversing the Conservative’s spending cuts as its core message.
The manifesto contains a number of policy pledges from SNP candidates if they are re-elected to Westminster.
On the NHS it would increase spending across the UK which would bring extra cash to Scotland as well.
Ms Sturgeon said Tory policy will drive one million more children in the UK into poverty.
She said “that means that by 2021 there could be 5m children living in poverty in one of the richest countries in the world. That is shameful.”
Ms Sturgeon said the SNP would Increase the minimum wage to the level of the real living wage to just above £10 an hour by the end of 2022.
The SNP leader launched the manifesto in Perth in front of hundreds of SNP supporters.
Ms Sturgeon said: “Tackling inequality must be one of the key priorities of the next parliament.
“This manifesto sets out plans for fair taxation, action to tackle low pay and an end to the freeze on working age benefits.”
The launch was postponed for a week following the suspension of the election campaign in the wake of the terror attack in Manchester.
It supports the re-introduction of a 50p top rate of tax across the UK.
The Party has so far refused to implement it in Scotland where tax raising is now devolved.
The First Minister said: "Decisions taken a  Westminster will shape our country more than ever so it is vital to have strong SNP voices standing up for Scotland.”
Ms Sturgeon said it was a manifesto to “End Tory cuts, protect Scotland’s jobs and strengthen Scotland’s hand.”
On a second referendum the Manifesto said Scots should have a choice.
It states: “Brexit must not simply be imposed on Scotland no matter how damaging it turns out to be.
“At the end of the Brexit process when the final terms of the deal are known it is right that Scotland should have a choice about our future.”
She said Labour was not the real opposition to the Tories at Westminster She said Labour was in “disarray” and that was why the Tories had called the election.
The manifesto also commits to working with others to scrap the trident nuclear missile system.
She said: “Voting Labour simply risks letting in Tory MPs.”
