FAMILIES braved heavy downpours to enjoy some outdoor fun at Kelvingrove Park.
The free Big Sunday event, which was part of the West End Festival, included stalls, food and drink, music stages and activities provided by Glasgow Scouts.
There was also a skateboard competition, funfair rides and street games until 7pm.
A performance by funk legend Nile Rodgers and Chic on Saturday night prompted an after-show street disco.
The legendary producer pulled up in his car to say hello to revellers who were still partying after his gig at Kelvingrove Bandstand.
He performed another date last night and revealed that he is booked to return next year.
