A bride-to-be has claimed she and her hen party were forced to sign behaviour contracts by an airline after being accused of being rowdy on a Jet2 flight to Tenerife.

Govan mum Stephanie Kerr has alleged that, as soon as the hens took their seats on the outbound flight, they were told they should not have booked because Jet2 is “a family airline.”

She also claimed they had their passports taken off them.

Stephanie added: “They said we couldn’t drink or stand. We couldn’t believe it. There was a stag do in front of us drinking and walking around freely,” reports The Scottish Sun.

Stephanie has insisted the hens were not drunk, but said they were all still made to sign a document which said they would not smoke, drink, or swear on the plane back to Glasgow.

The document also allegedly said the girls had to obey the on-board staff at all times and not use bad language.

Jet2, however, insisted the girls were being disruptive and that the captain had to make a plane-wide announcement about the airline’s zero-tolerance policy for disruptiveness.

“It had an impact on behaviour,” a spokesperson said.
