Il Pavone is offering fizz and cake fans the ultimate combination - prosecco cheesecake.

The eatery, based at Princes Square, is known for its traditional Italian creations. 

However, this cake and fizz combination gives this classic dessert a modern twist by using a boozy cream topping and sauce.
