A boy who plunged 40ft from the window of a second floor flat is to be released from hospital.
The condition of the four-year-old child has improved after being seriously injured in the fall on Thursday.
The four-year-old fell from the third floor window of the house in Lewiston Drive, Summerston.
Children who were playing on the grass outside the flat in Lewiston Drive watched in terror as the tot plummeted to the ground on to the grass below, around 5.10pm.
One girl, six, rushed to his aid and alerted his mum, who phoned an ambulance.
Trauma medics stayed with the boy in the ambulance and battled to help him on their way to the Royal Hospital for Children.
