A major pedestrian bridge in the city centre has been closed off by police.
Tradeston Bridge was blocked off to the public after a 28-year-old man fell from the footbridge into the water on Monday morning.
Police received reports of a man having fallen from the bridge around 3.35am.

Emergency services attended the scene and the man was taken to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary, before being transferred to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where he is being treated for serious injuries.
A police spokeswoman said: "Inquiries into the incident are ongoing."
Officers remain at this scene this morning.
The Tradeston Bridge links the south bank of the River Clyde and the busy area of Broomielaw.
