Pizza Hut won itself a slice of new fans last night, namely Celtic ones, after dishing out some epic Old Firm patter with a Hoops fan.

It all started when green-and-white Twitter user @BLR_7 asked the Twitterverse for some advice on where to grab a good old scran for the night while in Glasgow.

Pizza Hut stepped in with the reply: “Pal, silly Q.”

The rest, as they say, is history.

From here on out is where the epicness kicked in, as @BLR_7 replied: “Don’t you dare call me a Hun, that’s a f*****g insult ye probably don’t understand ya mad pizza.”

Glasgow Times:

Pizza Hut’s reply was just too much for the internet to bear as the company moved to work its way back into the Twitter user’s good books again:

Naturally, other Hoops fans waded in as @BLR_7 pondered: “A Wednesday night n am in conversation wae a f****n pizza restaurant twitter account, wit man.”

Gers fans, on the other hand, were left with a bitter taste in their mouths, all in the name of good banter though:

Glasgow Times:

Just days after a night to remember at Ibrox as Rangers marked their return to European competition after a six-year exile, Pizza Hut’s friendly dig came as the team endured a night to forget in Luxembourg on Tuesday when a 2-0 loss to Progres Niederkorn sent them crashing out of the Europa League at the first qualifying round.
