East End supermarket to hold fun day for leading hospice charity appeal
AN East End supermarket is hosting a fun day to raise vital funds for a leading hospice charity.
Tesco in Parkhead's Beardmore Way will fundraise for the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice Brick by Brick appeal on Sunday, July 30 between 10am and 4pm.
The fun day will feature Beauty and the Beast, a car boot sale and funfair.
The event will also offer homebaking, arts and crafts and free tasters.
Those behind the event have set up an event page on Facebook and anyone wanting to take part in the car boot sale is urged to book a slot.
