A Glasgow chippy has been busy over the weekend serving up the city’s favourite dish to a host of famous faces.
Staff at The Chippy Doon the Lane - just off Buchanan Street - have today been boasting about how they have been “casually feeding some celebrities yummy food.”
One staff member looked as proud as punch as she posed with the outgoing Time Lord himself, Doctor Who star Peter Capaldi.
In another image posted onto its social media pages by the popular eatery, Still Game favourite Paul Riley - a.k.a Winston - popped in for a fish supper also.
Glasgow-born Capaldi headed along to the restaurant just as it was announced Doctor Who’s 13th Time Lord is set to go to a woman for the very first time.
Broadchurch star Jodie Whittaker will take the helm at Christmas.
