COPS rushed to a block of flats in Castlemilk after a man was seriously assaulted.
The 35-year-old was left with head injuries following the fight in the flat on Dougrie Place in Castlemilk on Tuesday at 5.30pm.
He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital but later released.
Police Scotland said enquiries were continuing.
The force also said the incident is not thought to be linked to the fatal shooting of 22-year-old Jamie Lee in the Southside area.
