A THIRD man has been arrested after a young man was killed in Castlemilk.

Jamie Lee, 22, was shot and killed when a fight broke out at a park on Ballantay Terrace on July 8.

Two teenagers were previously arrested in connection with the incident and appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on July 13.

Police have now confirmed a third man, aged 45, has also been held in connection with an alleged serious assault.

He is expected to appear at the same court tomorrow.

The latest arrest comes after family members released balloons in Castlemilk yesterday in birthday tributes to the young father, who died just weeks before his 23rd birthday.

Yesterday officers appealed to the public to help find a fourth man - Jordan Owen - who is suspected of being involved in the killing.

He is thought to have been childhood friends with Jamie and has not been seen since the death.

Police warned the public not to approach him if they see him, but to contact the police immediately.
