Young man, 23, stabbed after late night fight in Baillieston park
A YOUNG man has been stabbed during fight in a park in Baillieston last night.
Cops and emergency services rushed to his aid after the 23-year-old was attacked at around 10.25pm following a disturbance in Bannerman Park on Thursday.
The victim was pounced upon between nearby Huntingtower Road and Berridale Avenue.
He was taken to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary where he was treated and later released.
Cops launched a probe immediately after the attack. Last night, rows of officers appeared to be carrying out a search of the park.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Enquiries are continuing."
