An MSP has been piping his way across every senior Scottish football ground to raise cash for a number of charities.
Stuart McMillan, Greenock and Inverclyde SNP MSP, began his marathon bagpipe tour at Morton’s home ground Cappielow in Greenock on July 17.
Since then, he has toured the country from Dingwall to Anaan, Berwick to Balmoor in Peterhead
He completed the ‘Pipeathon’ effort by marching into the national stadium, Hampden Park, yesterday.
All donations raised will be divided equally for three charities, including Cash for Kids and Clydeside Action on Asbestos.
Money will also go to the Andy Adams Fund, set up after an Inverclyde firefighter's life irrevocably changed due to an incident he was involved in whilst on duty.
So far, Mr McMillan has rasied more than £2,300.
When he set off, he said: “This Pipeathon has been a long time in the planning and I would like to thank all the clubs who have agreed to allow me the use of their stadium and for their generous donations.”
