A MAN was sentenced at Glasgow Sheriff Court for being aggressive in a Glasgow hospital.

Peter Doohan admitted that on April 19 last year outside 140 Kilmarnock Road he was drunk and incapable of taking care of himself.

The 62-year-old also admitted that on the same date at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital he shouted, swore and behaved aggressively towards police officers.

Doohan, of Jamieson Street, Govanhill, was also admonished for failing to appear at court when required to do so.

He was placed under supervision for 18 months.
