TWO young men who kicked off at a Glasgow nightclub have been fined by a court.
Darrell Jack McLaren, 23, and Joshua Alexander, 21, appeared in the dock at Glasgow Sheriff Court after pleading guilty to several offences.
The pair behaved in an aggressive or abusive manner at The Garage in Sauchiehall Street on October 13, 2015.
They both admitted they behaved in an aggressive manner and uttered threatening and abusive remarks to security staff at the nightclub.
The pair also accepted they lashed out with their arms and struggled with security staff at the popular city centre venue.
In separate charges, both men also plead guilty to assaults.
They both accepted they assaulted a man. They grabbed him, pulled him from side to side and repeatedly punched him on the head.
McLaren plead guilty to a third charge of assaulting another man by punching him on the head.
Sentencing sheriff A Miller said: “It is to your credit you have not been in trouble since the incident.”
McLaren, of Dalmarnock Court, Glasgow, received a fine of £450 for the three charges he plead guilty to.
Alexander, of Sherbrooke Drive, Glasgow was handed a fine of £270 for the two charges he plead guilty to.
